If you are a new patient and this is your first visit, then find two consecutive half hour time blocks.   2. CLICK HERE to Email your request for the appointment time you have found. 3. An Email will be sent back confirming your appointment within 24 hours. (Do not come to appointment without receiving confirmation.)

If you would prefer a private appointment – you are welcome to schedule a phone consultation for another time.
